Rebecca Officer

Ms. Rebecca Officer is the Vice-President of Human Resources and Organizational Culture and Development. Ms. Officer has over 25 years’ experience in labour relations and human resources. Prior to joining Bruyère in 2018 as the Director of HR Services, Ms. Officer spent 21 years at The Ottawa Hospital, first serving as the Director of Labour Relations for many years, and then Director of Organizational Effectiveness.

Ms. Officer has dedicated her career to health human resources. In her current role, Ms. Officer leads Bruyère’s human resources program, which includes supporting the recruitment, development, and engagement of a high performing workforce and supporting the safety and wellbeing of our valued staff.
