Thiago was a complex care patient at the Bruyère Saint Vincent Hospital from August 2023 to January 2024 due to a severe neurological disease that left him completely paralyzed and unable to even breathe without assistance.
On March 27, Carleton University music professor Jesse Stewart brings his multi-faceted rhythms to Bruyère Health Saint-Vincent Hospital. He's been a regular there since January and will be leading a concert with a group of musicians.
The event kicked off St. Patrick’s Week and raised funds for Bruyère Health, Mealshare Ottawa and Tara Centre in Omagh, Ireland.
