Under Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), any member of the public may request access to records which came into the custody and control of Bruyère on or after January 1, 2007. Upon request, we must make available certain records, subject to some exclusions and exemptions contained in FIPPA.
