Fire safety

Each residence is equipped with sprinkler systems and sensitive, up-to-date fire alarm systems. Therefore, no open flames, such as candles (including birthday candles) or sparklers are permitted.

When a fire alarm sounds, it could be an emergency or a fire drill. Please remain calm. Our staff is trained to respond quickly. If residents or family members are in the hallway, they will be directed or assisted into the nearest empty room and should remain there until the “all-clear” signal is announced over the intercom system. Do not use the elevators. Visitors entering a home at the time of the alarm should remain outside the building until the “all-clear” signal is announced.
