A Typical Session at the John and Jennifer Ruddy Geriatric Day Hospital

Clients who attend our program are to make their way to the 75 Bruyère St. entrance and then to the fourth floor where we are located.

Once clients arrive at the Day Hospital, their session consists of various appointments for therapy, education, exercise or assessment with the health care professionals involved in their care.

They may see several professionals each day as they work toward their individual goals to improve their function, independence and safety.

A Bruyère employee or volunteer may be able to escort some patients to and from the main entrance. If you or your loved one requires this service, please discuss with our coordinator prior to your first visit. These appointments are a combination of one-on-one and group sessions.
