Our Villas are thoughtfully designed for seniors who can independently manage their daily activities while enjoying full access to the Bruyère Health Village’s beautiful grounds and amenities.


Each apartment includes a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, plus individual heating and cooling controls for comfort in every season.

Market rental apartments: 33 apartments


Our spacious independent apartments are available as one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den. Each of our apartments include a washer and dryer.

Average market rent apartments: 14 apartments


The Average market rent (AMR) program is established to be affordable to moderate income households. Rent in these one bedroom and one bedroom den apartments are fixed to the average market rent as proposed by the Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation (CMHC) annually. Our leasing and tenant relations coordinator manages the applications for these apartments.

Below market rent apartments: 25 apartments


Rent for these one-bedroom or one bedroom plus den, apartments is fixed at approximately 80 percent of the average market rent, as posted by the CMHC annually.


Rent geared to income: 6 apartments


We offer rent geared to income apartments through a monthly subsidy from the City of Ottawa.


Below market rent and rent geared to income apartments vary from one-bedroom to one-bedroom plus den. The Social Housing Registry of Ottawa determines the application and eligibility of tenants.
