It is connected to Bruyère Health Élisabeth-Bruyère Hospital. Bruyère Health Élisabeth-Bruyère Long-Term Care helps its residents reach their physical, social, psychological and spiritual potential by providing personal, nursing, and supportive services. Patients with dementia receive specialized services.

Admission Information
Application for admission to Bruyère Health Élisabeth-Bruyère Long-Term Care must be made by the prospective resident or substitute decision-maker through the Champlain Community Care Access Centre (CCAC), which can be reached by calling 613-745-5525.
The applicant must be eligible for admission to a long-term care home as determined by the placement service. In general, a person requiring 24-hour on-site nursing and personal care is eligible.
Accommodations
Bruyère Health Élisabeth-Bruyère Long-Term Care provides personalized care in a secure setting. We encourage you to bring personal effects and furniture as space permits to personalize your room so you feel more at home. We offer private, semi-private, and basic accommodation rooms with rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. The Bruyère Accounts Receivable office would be happy to answer any questions in this regard.
Residents’ Involvement
At Bruyère Health Élisabeth-Bruyère Long-Term Care, a Resident and Family Council represents the interests and concerns of residents. The role of the Council is to improve the quality of life and care for all residents by promoting an atmosphere of sensitivity, caring, and support among friends and family members of the residents of Bruyère Health Élisabeth-Bruyère Long-Term Care.
